Who are we and what do we do?
Nxt Level is a team of world-class head hunters. We recruit for some of the best brands in the world. As we grow, we have taken on new clients ranging from technology to video games. We have recently added a legal division to our team. Therefore, we're actively looking for a born salesperson interested in joining our legal recruitment team.
The type of person that's going to thrive in this role is self-motivated to win. They'll work collaboratively with a team, but understand that their results are directly related to their own effort and dedication to improve.
What we look for in a Recruiter:
Our team is actively growing and we're looking to mentor an ambitious and driven person to become a Rockstar recruiter! We love folks that understand what it means to be a part of a winning team. Here are some additional bullet points that are important:
  1. Passionate: you enjoy learning about and leveraging technology. You thrive on creating goals and exceeding expectations. You live for meeting new people and networking.
  2. Never Back Down Attitude: "not my job" makes you shiver. "I can do it" is your motto. You enjoy building elite teams with great people. The quality over quantity concept guides you.
  3. Leader: you lead by example, inspire the team, and are autonomous. You innately work hard and proactively take initiative. You volunteer new ideas and push the team to be better!
  4. Industry Knowledge: You know that you need to constantly learn and you're constantly curious. You are excited about problem solving when you don't understand something.
  5. Believe in yourself: You are braver than you think, more talented than you know, and capable of more than you imagine.
  6. Consistency is everything: You understand that consistency is more important than short term achievement. The hardest part of being a strong sales person is learning how to be consistent, reliable, and persistent.

What Nxt Level Employees Do Daily:
  • Grow: constantly building new relationships and maintaining existing relationships for future success. Candidate experience matters.
  • Results Driven: We understand that everything we do is results driven. We push ourselves every day for ourselves and our clients.
  • Team Oriented: We understand that we are as strong as our weakest link. We push each other and understand that communication is key. We are working together to deliver results for our clients. No question is a dumb question.
  • Call, coffee, campaign: embrace the get stuff done mentality. You are willing to cold call, consistently set new meetings, and compose elaborate email campaigns to generate Sales! You're not afraid of doing whatever it takes to get someone to talk to you.

So, what are the minimum qualifications for this role?
  • You can provide an example of a time where you fought to be excellent. You can showcase that you've been able to be a top performer in the past. This can be professional experience in a previous sales role or experience in High School / University on a Varsity Sport, President of a Club, or Lead a significant achievement in an internship.
