FirstHealth of the Carolinas is looking for a dynamic MRI Technologist for our open MRI Clinic in Pinehurst. If you are eager to enhance your clinical skills with different MRI studies and work with a varied patient population, this position may be for you.

Responsibilities

MRI Tech Job Summary

  • Position Details:

    • Holiday Rotation: Participate in a rotating holiday schedule to ensure continuous patient care.
    • Advanced Training: Have training in or the desire to train in MRI and MRA studies, including head, neck, chest, abdomen, pelvis, spine, extremities, and breast.
    • Preferred Experience: Experience with GE, Siemens, Hitachi, and Philips magnets is preferred.

Qualifications

MRI Tech Qualifications

  • Graduate from an accredited school of Radiology with additional training in MRI
  • Graduate from an accredited MRI school or Radiology, Nuclear Medicine, Vascular Sonograpy or Radiation Therapy school with additional training in MRI.  
  • Must be MRI Registry eligible or MRI Registered. If MRI registry eligible, must become MRI registered within 6 months of date of hire.
  • BCLS required
