Job description

What You'll Do
This role is primarily focused on core treasury operations while also serving as a flexible resource across the broader Finance organization. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, intellectually curious, and eager to take on projects beyond day-to-day responsibilities. This individual will report to the Treasury Manager and play a key role in supporting cash management, banking operations, and finance transformation initiatives.
Treasury Operations
  • Execute daily cash management activities including cash positioning, disbursements, returns, and Positive Pay decisions
  • Support bank account administration, including account openings/closures, signers, and system access
  • Assist with quarterly lender reporting and financial compliance requirements
  • Ensure adherence to internal controls, policies, and procedures across cash, investments, and debt

Banking & Cross-Functional Support
  • Serve as a liaison between Treasury, Finance, and business units for banking-related needs and services
  • Maintain strong relationships with banking partners and support ongoing service needs

Projects & Continuous Improvement
  • Support treasury and finance initiatives including bank rationalization, system integrations, faster payments, and cash optimization
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to scalable solutions across Finance
  • Provide analytical support on ad hoc finance projects as needed

You Should Have
  • 2+ years of experience in treasury, finance, or banking
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
  • Foundational understanding of financial statements and cash flow dynamics
  • Familiarity with banking platforms, payment processes, and controls
  • Strong Excel skills; comfortable working with data and building simple analyses
  • Experience with systems such as EPIC, Workday Adaptive, or similar tools preferred
