  • Develop strong data collection processes and generate detailed compliance reports aligned with certification agency requirements and audit expectations.
  • Support audits, documentation, and regulatory reporting as required.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience in electronic product design and manufacturing.
  • 4+ years of experience in Regulatory/Compliance Engineering or a related field.

  • Experience with power converters, and familiarity with UL 1778 and UL 1973 standards is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of global compliance processes and certification requirements.
  • Proven ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and make sound technical decisions.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage project schedules, assess risk, and support cross-functional teams.
  • Strong capability in data collection, analysis, and report generation to meet regulatory and certification requirements.
  • Strong sense of ownership and commitment to product quality, manufacturing processes, and customer needs.
