!!Important: This is a full-time, in-office position located in Grand Blanc, Michigan. Applicants must currently reside in Michigan and be able to work onsite. Relocation assistance is not available.
Advanced Rehab Management Services (ARMS) is a health technology company that helps physical therapy providers maximize revenue and grow their practices through our proprietary BOOST platform.
BOOST serves thousands of clinics across the country by helping providers protect and maximize reimbursement on Workers' Compensation and Auto claims through innovative technology, automation, and operational expertise.
Role Overview
This is an entry-level technical and analytical role designed for someone who is highly curious, systems-oriented, and comfortable working with data.
You'll support reporting, system improvements, workflow optimization, and platform operations while learning Boost from start to finish. Over time, this role has a clear growth path into managing and optimizing the Boost platform.
This is not a passive role. You'll be expected to think, ask questions, and help make things better.
Responsibilities
Technology & Systems
  • Assist with Salesforce workflow improvements and automation

Data & Reporting
  • Build and maintain reports and dashboards for leadership, sales, and marketing
  • Pull and analyze data to support operational and strategic decisions
  • Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities through data analysis

Boost Platform Operations
  • Learn the Boost process end-to-end
  • Support day-to-day platform operations
  • Help identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies
  • Participate in improving workflows as the company scales

Process Improvement
  • Identify inefficiencies and propose solutions
  • Help design and implement improved workflows
  • Support special projects related to automation, data, and optimization
  • Help maintain and improve system efficiency and reliability
  • Support EDI processes, learning how electronic data flows through the platform and how to optimize it
  • Document and improve internal technical processes

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree (or graduating soon) in:
  • Computer Science
  • Data Analytics
  • Management Information Systems (MIS)
  • Industrial Engineering
  • Information Systems
  • Or a related technical field
  • Basic understanding of databases, reporting tools, or data analysis
  • Examples: SQL, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Python, R, or similar
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Comfort working with systems, logic, and data
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-growing environment

Nice to Have (Not Required)
  • Exposure to Salesforce or CRM platforms
  • Experience with workflow automation or process mapping
  • Internship or project experience involving data or systems
  • Interest in health technology or SaaS products
