Job description

A manufacturing company known for its smart tech goods is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to assist with inbound/outbound shipments, support daily warehouse operations and ensure timely processing of wholesale and e-commerce orders across multiple distribution centers.


Candidates with 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce logistics, transportation, or supply chain management are preferred. Entry-level candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related discipline are also encouraged to apply!


  • Temp - Hire or Direct Hire
  • $22 - $26 / hour
  • Monday – Friday from 8:00am – 5:00pm


Requirements of the Logistics Coordinator:

  • Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
  • 1 - 3 years of Logistics, Transportation, or Supply Chain Experience is a big plus
  • Experience with ERP and WMS systems, FedEx/UPS software is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suites (Word / Excel)
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Able to communicate and work well in a team environment
  • Able to work overtime as needed

Responsibilities of the Logistics Coordinator:

  • Coordinate daily outbound e-commerce, retail, wholesale, and B2B shipments across multiple warehouse locations.
  • Schedule parcel, LTL, FTL, and transfer shipments while ensuring on-time delivery and compliance with customer routing requirements.
  • Prepare and maintain shipping documentation, including BOLs, packing lists, labels, and transportation records.
  • Monitor shipments, resolve transportation issues, and coordinate with carriers, warehouse teams, and internal departments.
  • Analyze freight costs, investigate chargebacks and invoice discrepancies, and support claims resolution.
  • Maintain accurate shipment data in ERP, WMS, and TMS systems and assist with inventory reconciliation.
  • Develop logistics SOPs and identify opportunities to improve transportation efficiency and fulfillment accuracy.
  • Support cross-functional projects and continuous improvement initiatives within supply chain operations.
