Job description

About the Role

E-Commerce Logistics Coordinator

At Blue Marble, we believe in the power of play to spark curiosity, creativity, and lifelong learning. We design and deliver innovative toys and experiences that inspire kids (and kids at heart) around the world.

We’re looking for a E-Commerce Logistics Coordinator who’s equal parts creative thinker and doer—someone excited to roll up their sleeves and help bring ideas to life. In this entry-level role, you’ll help ensure our products are live, accurate, and optimized across e-commerce channels. Monitoring listings, tracking performance and supporting day-to-day operations.

You’ll join a fast-paced, collabortive team that values curiousity, problem-solving and pitching in wherever needed. If you’re eager to learn, data-driven, and excited to grow in e-commerce, you’ll fit right in.

If you love fast-paced environments, creative collaboration, and making an impact you can actually see on shelves (and in kids’ hands), you’ll fit right in.

What You’ll Do

Core Responsibilities:

  • Perform regular buyability checks to confirm products are live, in stock, and saleable across e-commerce platforms.
  • Pull and analyze reports to identify listing issues, suppressed items, or anomalies affecting conversion and availability.
  • Escalate patterns or high-impact issues to senior team members for resolution.
  • Track and summarize product reviews and ratings, surfacing trends or opportunities to improve performance.
  • Open, track, and follow up on support cases with Amazon and other retailers, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Assist with operational tasks, including tracking and submitting shortage and price claims; supporting shipment or inventory creation as needed.
  • Assist with marketing initiatives, including verifying pricing and merchandising accuracy.
  • Learn and navigate key systems and platforms (e-commerce retailer platforms, internal dashboards, reporting tools, etc.).
  • Support ongoing team projects and administrative tasks as needed.
  • Maintain documentation and contribute to process improvements for e-commerce operations.

What You Bring

Must-Haves:

  • 0–2 years of experience in e-commerce, retail, or digital marketing (may include internships).

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Familiarity with Amazon Vendor Central, Seller Central, or other e-commerce platforms.
  • Basic understanding of online merchandising and what makes a listing great.
  • Experience handling or analyzing product data.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail — accuracy is key.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel; capable of learning advanced functions quickly.

Education & Experience

We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.

Where You’ll Work

  • Location: Onsite in Ashland, Oregon.
  • Work Style: Collaborative, hands-on, and fast-paced.

Why You’ll Love It Here

  • Competitive salary and performance-based bonus opportunities
  • Comprehensive health benefits (medical, dental, vision, life)
  • 401(k) to help you plan for the future
  • Flexible paid time off—we trust you to recharge when you need it
  • Employee Assistance Program
  • A creative, collaborative, and yes—playful culture
  • The chance to help shape iconic and emerging toy brands
  • Real opportunities to develop within a dynamic, high-growth organization.
