Monday - Friday
Regular Business Hours
Logistics Coordinator is responsible for dispatching and track and trace activities that support the Brokerage Team in accomplishing planned transportation and communicating deviations as they occur to ensure service expectations are met.
Responsibilities:
Carrying out the Company's organizational values and operating in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and Company policies are required functions. Essential and other important responsibilities and duties may include, but are not limited to, the following:
  • Responsible for dispatching activities to include speaking with drivers prior to pick up and communicating know deviations from planned service to appropriate personnel
  • Track and Trace pick-ups, in-transit, and emptying of loads, entering information accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Replies to customer status emails.
  • Responsible for Track and Trace compliance metrics (Macro Point, 4Kites, Trucker Tools, etc.), and must therefore be fluent in each platform's app and functionality to ensure driver compliance.
  • Learn driver / carrier lane preferences and frequency and share info with Brokers + Carrier Development.
  • Detention monitoring and communication to CSRs, Acct Manager, and Broker-of-Record.
  • Perform other job-related duties and special projects as required.

Job Requirements/Minimum Qualifications:
Education: High School Diploma/GED, or equivalent work experience.
Course(s) of Study: Supply Chain, Logistics, Marketing, Business, Finance, or Related Field
Type of Experience: Brokerage, customer service, operations, sales
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
