1099 / Independent Contractor

US Citizen

Internship/Residency/Fellowship: Completion of an Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) accredited Internal Medicine Internship and Residency and Fellowship in Hematology and Oncology

Certifications:  BLS & ACLS

Board Certification: Must maintain active board certification with the American Board of Internal Medicine for Hematology and Oncology

Licensure: Current, full, active, and unrestricted license to practice medicine in Nevada.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a board-certified

Hematologist/Oncologist

Hours: 0730-1630, Monday – Friday

Some on call required
