Description
FS-Elliott is seeking a results-driven Channel Partner Manager to support partnership development and drive business growth across our Western U.S. distribution network. This role is responsible for managing the full sales pipeline-from partner engagement through post-sale support-while serving as the primary advocate and point of contact for assigned Channel Partners.
The ideal candidate will execute our channel strategy, strengthen distributor relationships, and ensure sustainable growth by achieving sales and aftermarket targets.
Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary relationship manager for assigned Channel Partners, representing both FS-Elliott and the partner internally across mechanical engineering, controls, applications engineering, and other functional areas.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to support partners with technical and commercial product solutions, including aftermarket initiatives.
  • Provide technical and commercial support during bid clarification phases and attend bid clarification meetings as needed.
  • Manage and guide the preparation of company and budgetary quotations to meet partner timelines.
  • Oversee compressor selection for site-specific conditions and applications.
  • Support the development and execution of strategic sales plans for each opportunity.
  • Ensure accurate and timely order entry processing.
  • Collaborate with Channel Partners to develop territory sales and aftermarket strategies, generating leads and expanding market presence.
  • Maintain and expand technical knowledge of FS-Elliott's industrial products, including centrifugal compressors and rotating equipment.
  • Develop competitive product awareness and provide input on product and process improvements.
  • Collect and communicate market intelligence to internal stakeholders.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sales Engineer or in a sales support role within distribution channels.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with centrifugal compressors or rotating equipment.
  • Strong understanding of industrial distribution models and channel partner networks.
  • Technical knowledge of centrifugal compressors and related industrial systems.
  • Excellent verbal, written, listening, and presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across departments and organizational levels.
  • Exceptional time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and adaptable; capable of working independently.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 65%.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365; experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems preferred.
