Overview
Anchor Home is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Management Intern to support organizational projects and daily operations throughout the summer. This role is ideal for someone interested in project coordination, operations, and leadership experience in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. The intern will assist with planning, organization, communication, and workflow coordination while gaining hands-on experience working alongside leadership and administrative teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Update and organize the corporate Asana board
• Support leadership with strategic planning initiatives
• Help move projects forward and ensure deadlines are met
• Work directly with the COO and CEO on operational projects
• Assist with startup and organizational initiatives
• Collaborate with the marketing team on website updates and digital projects
• Document and follow up on important actions and decisions from meetings
• Provide administrative support as needed
• Track project progress, coordinate workflows, and support cross-team communication
Qualifications
• Undergraduate student pursuing a degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Proactive, adaptable, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with Asana, Microsoft Office Suite, and other project management systems is a plus
• Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new systems, technologies, and industries quickly
Job Type: Part-time, Internship

Pay Rate: $17 per hour
