What awaits you:

  • Support the regional NA Automation Team in their various task regarding automation
  • Supporting commissioning or troubleshooting activities of equipment
  • Inspection of issues in production and working out solutions based on programmable logic controller
  • Be part of a team developing and implementing cobot applications to replace manual, unergonomic repetitive work
  • Use data acquisition to provide insights on production lines and equipment using an IOT platform and analytic tools

Qualifications

What you'll need to succeed:

  • Technical education (Degree in Engineering or comparable) required
  • Strong interest in Vision Systems, Cobots, Programmable logic controllers, Big Data, VR, AR, MR
  • Preference for candidates who possess comprehensive knowledge about robotics, automation and/or Mechatronics.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing techniques and business systems, e.g.: 5S, standardized work, Kanban, visual management
