Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a Application Production Support to join their team. As an Application Production Support, you will be part of the Banking Production Services group supporting global banking operations. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

  • Provide 24x7 follow-the-sun operational support for real-time banking applications.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot issues related to banking platforms and associated applications.
  • Participate in incident management, ensuring timely resolution and communication across teams.
  • Support change and release activities, including documentation and risk management.
