Find your fit - and your future.

At Levi's, we're evolving a globally iconic brand by modernizing how we design, develop, and deliver product at scale. As a Product Developer for Knit Tops, you'll own the end-to-end development of key styles, translating concepts into high-quality, production-ready product that meets speed, cost, and quality goals. Sitting at the center of matrixed product teams, you'll drive execution across complex fabrics and constructions while keeping pace with a fast-moving market. You will directly shape the future of our men's assortment!

About the Job

  • Execute development activities within the Go-To-Market calendar and track progress against key milestones

  • Coordinate proto, sample, and pre-production stages; monitor timelines and follow up on delays

  • Support sourcing strategy execution in partnership with global sourcing teams

  • Lead seasonal costing processes, consolidating vendor pricing and aligning to FOB targets

  • Partner with Supply Planning to align development timelines with production start dates

  • Review and approve pre-production standards including shade bands and final approvals

  • Identify and support resolution of product quality issues during development

  • You will report to the Director, Men's Product Development

About You
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in apparel, textiles, or related field

  • 5+ years of experience in apparel product development or production

  • Experience working with knit fabrics and garment construction

  • Familiarity with production workflows from concept through manufacturing

  • Experience working with PLM systems and Excel

  • Ability to manage timelines across multiple projects

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams including design, merchandising, and sourcing

  • Ability to adapt to changes in timelines or priorities
