Eligibility

This opportunity is exclusively available to active duty military members who are within the last 6 months (180 days) of their service contract and approved to participate in the DoD SkillBridge Program.

H2 Health is a fast-growing Outpatient Rehabilitation company serving communities across 11 states. Through our SkillBridge program, we provide transitioning service members hands‑on experience and a pathway into civilian careers in healthcare, technology, marketing, and administration.

Program Details
  • No fixed schedule — hours and structure are tailored to the location and the service member's availability
  • The majority of opportunities are in-person; remote options are extremely limited and available only in select cases
  • Candidates should apply at least 6 weeks in advance of their desired start date, as placement confirmation and documentation processing require a minimum of 6 weeks
  • Candidates will have the opportunity to connect with our recruiting team to ask questions throughout the interview process
