Job summary:
The Integrity Internship Program is your chance to jump in, get hands-on, and make a real impact. From day one, interns are treated like true team members-working on meaningful projects, tackling real business challenges, and learning alongside experienced leaders and mentors.

Departments Hosting Interns:
Our interns work across Shared Services, gaining exposure to the teams that power Integrity's growth, innovation, and culture. You could find yourself learning and contributing in one of these areas:

Each department offers hands-on projects, mentorship, and real-world learning-no matter where you land, you'll be making an impact.
Program Dates:
This is a full-time, onsite summer internship running from June 2026 through July 2026 (8 weeks).
What You'll Do:
  • Work on meaningful, department-specific projects that drive real business impact
  • Collaborate on an Impact Project, with dedicated time to build, problem-solve, and present your ideas
  • Learn from senior leaders through weekly Lunch & Learns and executive exposure
  • Build your network through mentorship, team events, and cross-department collaboration
  • Give back through a hands-on community service experience
  • Show off your creativity and personality during intern showcases and presentations
  • Have fun along the way with team bonding, offsite events, wellness activities, and social experiences

What We're Looking For:
  • Currently enrolled in an accredited undergraduate program
  • Rising junior or senior at the time of the internship
  • Available to work 40 hours per week, onsite five days a week
  • Strong written communication and documentation skills
  • Solid time-management and organizational abilities
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Curious, coachable, and eager to learn, ask questions, and apply feedback
  • High attention to detail with a commitment to quality, accurate work
  • Professional, dependable, and accountable with strong follow-through
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) or Google Workspace
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
