Today, we're tapping into the unlimited potential of AI to define the next era of computing. An era in which our GPU acts as the brains of computers, robots, and self-driving cars that can understand the world. As an NVIDIAN, you'll be immersed in a diverse, supportive environment where everyone is inspired to do their best work. Come join the team and see how you can make a lasting impact on the world.

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Financial Analyst to join the Engineering FP&A Organization based out of our Santa Clara campus. The role requires high-level analytical proficiency, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent communication skills. As an integral member of the Finance team, our organization's overarching responsibilities are to provide the highest caliber of relevant financial and business analysis that is both insightful and measurable, enabling effective decision-making at all levels of the Company and improving our financial performance. It is a visible role within Finance for an energetic individual who thrives on inspiring change and impacting the business in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

What you'll be doing:

  • Support financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for R&D system development spend, including operating expenses and capital expenditures.

  • Serve as a core finance partner to Engineering and Operations on the New Product Introduction (NPI) roadmap, owning forecasts for new systems, products, and associated engineering investments.

  • Leverage AIenabled tools such as Claude, Codex, or Cursor to accelerate financial analysis, automate recurring reporting workflows, and enhance forecast accuracy across R&D and system development spend.

  • Build and deliver dynamic dashboards and management reporting using data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to provide timely insights into financial performance.

  • Apply AIassisted analytics to identify cost drivers, anomalies, and emerging risks across OPEX, CAPEX, and NRE, translating outputs into clear, executiveready insights.

  • Perform detailed variance and driver analysis across OPEX and CAPEX, synthesizing complex data into clear narratives for senior leadership.

  • Evaluate NRE and system development spend to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for optimization, and provide actionable recommendations to business partners.

What we need to see:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field; MBA or an advanced degree or equivalent experience.

  • 8+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, ideally supporting R&D, hardware, systems, or manufacturing organizations in a global, hightech environment.

  • Experience using AIassisted analysis and automation to accelerate FP&A workflows to increase throughput and decision velocity in fast paced environments.

  • Strong grounding in financial modeling, including BOM structures, NRE (NonRecurring Engineering) investments, and operating expense forecasting.

  • Working knowledge of data center systems, server architecture, and hardware development lifecycles.

  • Proven track record to synthesize large datasets using tools such as SQL, Tableau, or Power BI and translate insights into executivelevel reporting.

  • Demonstrated strength partnering crossfunctionally with Engineering and Operations to align technical roadmaps with financial and governance processes.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Experience in semiconductors, hardware, or manufacturing within the technology industry.

  • Intellectual curiosity and a genuine interest in science and technology products and problemsolving.

  • Strong understanding of technology and market dynamics relevant to NVIDIA's products and R&D investments.

  • Proven ability to experiment with and scale AI driven finance workflows, including automated variance analysis, narrative generation, or selfservice reporting.
