Job description

A successful Financial Advisor in Horsham, PA is seeking a qualified professional to join her team in the important role of Administrative/Sales Assistant in the Horsham office.

This position requires excellent customer service and problem-solving skills, which helps the candidate to confidently provide information to the advisor and clients in a reliable, efficient and professional manner.

Candidate must be extremely organized, detail-oriented and a self-starter.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for proactive client contact which includes communication by phone, email
  • Assist clients with service needs, including general account questions, account and beneficiary changes, loans and withdrawals
  • Schedule and confirm client appointments by email, phone, and use of electronic calendar
  • Client appointment preparation – appointment agendas, running performance reports, gathering proper paperwork, etc.
  • Document all client interactions via CRM
  • Responsible for executing marketing tasks, as needed
  • Assist with various on-location events as needed
  • Submit correspondence and sales material to compliance for review
  • Ensure that Required Minimum Distributions are scheduled and taken
  • Inform financial advisor of client issues
  • Stay apprised on industry and company rules and regulations
  • Attend branch operations meetings and sales assistant conferences
  • Other projects and tasks as assigned
