Job description

MCGRATH CITY HONDA is seeking an EXPERIENCED, qualified BDC representative to help grow our BDC. We are looking for a long term, goal oriented individual with a strong history of performance in this position. This department handles 100% of all incoming Internet Leads into the dealership.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Answer all incoming phone calls according to script and schedule a sales appointment.
  • Make several outbound calls per day.
  • Log all Customer-comments.
  • Schedule follow-up contact if no appointment is made.
  • Contact Customers using scripts to schedule appointments for sales.
  • Contact Customers based on current marketing initiatives.
  • Respond to Customer website-requests.
  • Contact Internet Customers via email and phone to schedule a Sales appointment.
  • Follow up on Internet Customer emails according to a pre-determined timeline.
  • Notify necessary departments when an appointment is scheduled.
  • Ability to meet or exceed monthly goals.
