Job Summary:

The Automotive BDC (Business Development Center) Internet Director will oversee the internet sales operations within our Nissan and Infiniti sales department. The role is pivotal in driving online sales growth, managing lead generation strategies, and enhancing digital customer interactions. The ideal candidate will be a tech-savvy, results-driven professional with a passion for the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement effective internet sales strategies to increase brand visibility and drive sales for Nissan and Infiniti.

- Develop and manage the Business Development Center team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations, ensuring high levels of productivity and customer satisfaction.
