Job description

As a Leasing Associate, you will be responsible for leasing available apartments in our luxury apartment communities.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Leasing apartments to achieve occupancy goals.
  • Providing excellent customer experience for the prospects as it relates to their interaction with the community, which includes apartment and community tours.
  • Conducts market survey to understand market trend and customer needs. Fulfill and resolve customer needs.
  • Ensure communication is delivered to residents accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Some light travel required.
  • Collect and process renter information including leasing documents, income documents, credit reports and all other legal documentation necessary.
  • Manage and supervise all internet advertising platforms currently used.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
  • Strong sales and customer service experience
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Vehicle and valid drivers license required
