Seeking Nevada licensed attorney for low volume long-term contract position at boutique law firm. No in-person services required, attorney may work from any location.

Minimum requirements:

- Active Nevada law license

- 2 years law firm experience as a business/transactions attorney

- Willingness to take on 2-5 billable hours per month depending on client needs

- Ability to act independently

- Responsiveness and dependability

Internet, privacy and advertising/marketing law experience are a plus
