Location: Seattle, WA | Experience: 2โ€“4 years | Salary: $235,000โ€“$310,000

Are you an attorney with 2โ€“4 years of experience in trademark, copyright, or online advertising law? Join a collaborative, client-focused team that advises businesses ranging from startups to Fortune 500 companies on all aspects of intellectual property.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide U.S. and international trademark clearance, counseling, prosecution, and enforcement
  • Handle disputes before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB) and under the Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP)
  • Advise clients on copyright matters, online IP, and advertising-related issues
  • Work closely with a team while managing independent projects and client needs
