The Wellness Department is seeking a dynamic, results driven Wellness Coordinator to support and enhance U-Haul's wellness initiatives for team members across North America. This is a strategic, cross-functional role perfect for a mission driven professional who has a passion for team member well-being, prevention, and engagement.

We serve a diverse workforce across multiple regions and time zones, with ongoing opportunities to partner with Human Resources and a variety of other U-Haul teams.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Drive mass participation and high engagement through clear communication, events, digital channels, and personalized outreach.

  • Responsible for the coordination of wellness platforms, digital health tools, and telehealth solutions.

  • Plan, coordinate, and facilitate wellness and onsite fitness and conference center related events and activities.

  • Facilitate wellness related webinars to team members.

  • Work closely with the Wellness Program Manager to enhance our programs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in health promotion, public health, kinesiology, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.

  • 2+ years of experience in corporate wellness, health promotion, event coordination, or related programs.

  • Positive, upbeat attitude with a customer service mindset.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities; excels under deadlines.

  • Problem-solving and proactive in identifying improvements.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to tailor messages for diverse audiences across North America.

  • Proficiency with calendar tools, MS Office, and virtual meeting platforms (Teams).

  • Ability to lift and move event materials and equipment as needed (light to moderate).

  • Availability to support early mornings, evenings, or occasional weekends for events as needed.
