Licensed Customs Broker | International Trade & Compliance

Location: Fort Worth, TX (On-Site)

Job Type: Full-Time

Compensation: Up to $100,000 annually, based on experience

PGS360 is seeking an experienced Licensed Customs Broker (LCB) to help support and expand our international logistics operations. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing organization and play a key role in customs compliance, import/export operations, and international freight management while helping establish scalable processes for continued growth.

What You'll Do

  • Manage customs brokerage activities while ensuring full compliance with U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) regulations.
  • Review and oversee import and export documentation for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
  • Prepare, review, or supervise customs entries, HTS classifications, valuation, and duty assessments.
  • Support ocean freight forwarding and NVOCC operations.
  • Ensure compliance with FMC, CBP, and other applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with customs officials, freight forwarders, ocean carriers, and government agencies.
  • Assist with audits, compliance reviews, and regulatory reporting.
  • Develop and maintain customs compliance procedures, SOPs, and documentation.
  • Provide guidance to internal departments regarding import/export regulations and best practices.
  • Monitor regulatory changes and recommend process improvements to maintain compliance.
  • Support the continued growth of PGS360's international logistics capabilities.

Required Qualifications

  • Active U.S. Licensed Customs Broker (LCB).
  • 3+ years of experience in customs brokerage, international trade, freight forwarding, or import/export compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of CBP regulations and customs brokerage processes.
  • Experience preparing or managing customs entries and import documentation.
  • Knowledge of HTS classification, valuation, duty assessment, and customs compliance.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating across multiple departments.

Preferred Qualifications

Candidates with experience in any of the following are encouraged to apply:
