About the Role:
Join Rainbow International Of Cincinnati as a Water Restoration Supervisor, where you'll lead a dedicated team in restoring properties to their former glory. This exciting opportunity allows you to make a significant impact in the lives of our clients while working in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee water damage restoration projects from start to finish, ensuring quality and efficiency.
  • Manage and train a team of technicians in water extraction, drying, and dehumidification processes.
  • Conduct on-site assessments to determine the extent of water damage and develop action plans.
  • Maintain inventory of restoration equipment and materials, ensuring readiness for emergency calls.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and addressing concerns throughout the restoration process.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards in all restoration activities.
  • Prepare detailed documentation of projects for insurance claims and company records.
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in water damage restoration or related field, with a strong understanding of industry practices.
  • Certification in water damage restoration (IICRC) is preferred.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
