Your tasks
  • Analyze business and technical requirements, identify business solutions and document requirements, support, maintain, improve, and optimize systems software, hardware, and peripheral devices, including printers, and Windows OS, to ensure system uptime, reliability, stability, and performance. Deliver, assure, monitor, and improve seamless installation, patching, and operation of current and new common information and functional systems for HQ, Prototype Plant, and plant facilities in Americas Region, including Windows OS and Office Clients systems-based workstations; engineering devices; antivirus, security and monitoring systems; physical and virtual Windows/Linux/SQL/Oracle Operating Systems-based servers and backup systems with VMWare ESXI platform; printers, and telecommunication/conferencing equipment; VoIP/telephony; time and attendance equipment.

Your Profile
  • Bachelor, Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Systems Engineering, or related.
  • Twelve months' experience as Computer Systems Analyst, IT Support Engineer, Systems Administrator, or related, delivering and monitoring installation, patching, and operation of information and functional systems for facility or plant, including Windows OS and Office Clients systems-based workstations; antivirus, security and monitoring systems; physical and virtual servers and backup systems; printers, and telecommunication equipment, or related.
