Opportunity Overview
The Product Manager will be responsible for driving Teradyne's software product and AI strategy for the Power Test Division. This role partners across marketing, engineering, sales, and operations to define product direction, support customer success, and deliver differentiated software solutions for semiconductor customers across RF, complex digital, and analog markets.


ย  ย Lead the AI product roadmap for the Power Test Division.
ย  ย Develop business requirements and proposals for new MST software products.
ย  ย Collaborate with marketing and engineering to drive a software product roadmap aligned with business objectives.
ย  ย Build competitive differentiation through sales and marketing collateral, sales training, and field engineering enablement.
ย  ย Support key strategic design-in activities, particularly those involving significant software enhancements.
ย  ย Sustain customer loyalty by evangelizing new features and capabilities, engaging user groups and media, and promoting software best practices.

ย  ย Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
ย  ย Minimum of 5 years of experience in the semiconductor industry.
ย  ย Experience as a software product manager at an ATE, EDA design company, or supplier to the IC industry.
ย  ย Strong software engineering background as either a software engineer or applications engineer.
ย  ย Demonstrated ability to manage product lifecycles, sales systems support, third-party relationships, and customer migration to new software releases.
ย  ย Strong leadership, analytical, synthesis, and integration skills, with the ability to work across functions and levels of the business.
ย  ย Ability to collaborate effectively with marketing, engineering, sales, operations, and customers ranging from small to large international semiconductor companies.
ย  ย Ability to prioritize software feature requests and product enhancements in the R&D funnel.
ย  ย Willingness to travel 20-30% as needed.


We are only considering candidates local to the position location and are unable to provide relocation for this position.
This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

Compensation
The base salary range for this role is $155,000-$248,100. This range is a good faith estimate, and the amount of base salary will correspond with experience and skill set. This range can also fluctuate depending on demand and location.

Incentive Plan: This job is eligible for discretionary bonus(es) based on financial performance.
