• Conduct detailed assessments to understand clients' mental health challenges and histories, establishing effective individualized treatment plans.
• Utilize customized therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based techniques to facilitate personal growth.
• Set specific and measurable therapeutic goals and continuously assess client progress to ensure the effectiveness of interventions.
• Offer teletherapy services utilizing secure platforms to ensure accessibility for clients facing geographical or mobility challenges.
• Document all client interactions, maintaining accurate records to uphold high ethical standards and comply with state regulations.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops, seminars, and supervision to enhance clinical skills and therapeutic techniques.

Our client population includes diverse individuals from various backgrounds seeking support for a range of mental health challenges, including trauma, anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and stress management. As a counselor, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate guidance and strength-based therapy, empowering clients to build resilience and thrive within their communities.

• A valid and current state-issued license as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD.
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to connect effectively with clients and colleagues.
• A strong capacity for empathy and nonjudgment, recognizing each client's unique journey.
• Demonstrated organizational skills and the ability to manage time efficiently in a remote working environment.

• Experience in providing teletherapy and familiarity with digital therapeutic platforms is preferred.
• Background in working with trauma-informed care practices is advantageous.
