What does an international real estate attorney do?

An International Real Estate Attorney specializes in legal matters related to buying, selling, leasing, or developing real estate across different countries. They advise clients on cross-border transactions, ensure compliance with local and international property laws, and help navigate complex issues such as foreign ownership restrictions, taxes, and dispute resolution. These attorneys also draft and review contracts, conduct due diligence, and assist with negotiations to protect their clients' interests in international real estate deals.

To thrive as an International Real Estate Attorney, you need a law degree, bar admission, and expertise in real estate law across multiple jurisdictions.
