Key Responsibilitiesย 

  • ย Monitor project financials and generate accurate, timely reports on project status, budgets, and performance.ย 
  • ย Serve as a key point of contact between accounting and project managers, providing updates and addressing financial questions related to assigned projects.ย 
  • ย Ensure project data is consistently updated, accurate, and reflects the current status of domestic and international projects.ย 
  • Support month-end and project close-out processes as needed.ย 
  • Assist with invoicing, budget tracking, and cost reconciliation across multiple projects.ย 
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to identify and resolve discrepancies in project financial data.ย 

Qualificationsย 


ย Required ย 

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).ย 
  • 0-2 years of relevant accounting or finance experience; internships welcome.ย 
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.ย 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with project managers and cross-functional teams.ย 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.ย 
  • Experience withย Deltek Vantagepoint strongly preferred.ย 
  • Comfort working with both domestic and international project accounting.

Preferredย 

  • Experience in a project-based or engineering consulting environmentย ย 
  • Experience in multi-entity or international organizationsย ย 
  • Experience in a high-growth or acquisition-driven environmentย
