Job description

This is a full-time, in-office position for an experienced Construction Project Manager. The Project Manager will oversee construction projects from planning through completion, ensuring projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with plans, specifications, and applicable codes.

Responsibilities include managing project schedules and budgets, coordinating subcontractors and multiple trades, communicating with clients, suppliers, inspectors, and municipalities, coordinating inspections and permits, ordering materials, tracking lead times, and resolving issues that may affect project timelines or costs.

Qualifications:

  • Must be proficient in Project management or other construction software.
  • Experience as a Construction Project Manager or in a similar construction management role.
  • Experience coordinating multiple trades, subcontractors, and project schedules.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and project costs.
  • Experience with permitting and inspections.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.
  • Experience with Adobe products and construction management software is a plus.
  • Experience ordering materials and managing lead times and special-order products.
  • Current resume with professional references required.
