Job description

As a Product Manager, you'll lead strategy and execution for cross-border payments, delivering innovative solutions that enhance the customer experience and drive digital transformation.  As a Product Manager in Connected Commerce on the Cross Border Payments team, you will serve as the strategic and execution lead for cross-border payments strategy and innovation. You will manage product features from conception to implementation, support successful product releases, and lead digital transformation at scale. Your expertise in product delivery, technical execution, and stakeholder engagement will help deliver frictionless, user-centric products in a fast-evolving digital ecosystem.

Job responsibilities

  • Lead the cross-border payments customer experience, leveraging innovative solutions such as blockchain technology and digital assets.
  • Drive the development and implementation of new international remittance features from ideation to completion.
  • Lead large-scale cross-functional workstreams, including teams across Technology, Design, Finance, Legal, Risk, and Operations, in the prioritization and development of product features.
  • Conduct product reviews, strategy sessions with leadership, and use data-driven decision-making to influence the product roadmap.
  • Drive execution, deployment, and continuous refinement of customer-facing capabilities across digital and non-digital channels.
  • Provide input on business metrics, including OKRs, and ensure alignment with customer needs and business goals.
  • Manage internal risk and compliance review processes to support launches and maintain a strong control environment.
  • External relationship experience with 3rd parties
  • Foster a culture of ownership, agility, and controlled risk-taking to achieve results.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years of product development experience.
  • Proven track record of managing the end-to-end product development lifecycle (PDLC) for complex, large-scale initiatives.
  • Strong ability to analyze opportunities, build business cases, recommend solutions, and communicate effectively to all levels of management.
  • Experience working with Agile methodologies and tools.
  • Experience managing an established book of work with complex delivery items.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Master's degree in product or analytics-related fields.
  • Product experience in the payments or financial industry.
  • Understanding of blockchain technology and traditional international payment rails.
  • Experience leading high-performing product or strategy teams.
  • Knowledge of control and compliance frameworks related to payments.
