Job description

About LearnLux

LearnLux is the leading provider of workplace financial wellbeing, blending fiduciary digital planning with access to one-on-one guidance from Certified Financial Planner professionals. Our award-winning program helps employees navigate critical financial decisions from budgeting and benefits elections to equity compensation, home buying, and retirement so they can feel confident about their money and focused at work. Advanced reporting helps our partners understand impact, driving outcomes like reduced financial stress, increased productivity, and improved retention.

We're building LearnLux with intention. We move quickly, operate with a high bar for quality, and value people who take ownership of their work. If you're energized by solving new problems, taking accountability, and pushing yourself to do your best work every day, you'll find this a rewarding environment.

We're a venture-backed company that has raised over $35M to date and is supported by experienced investors and long-term partners. We're a growth-focused business building for scale, and we're excited by the opportunities and challenges that come with that journey.

The Role

As a Planner Operations Associate at LearnLux, you'll support the day-to-day operations of our global workforce of financial experts, handling the communication, audits, and recordkeeping that keep the experience seamless for both our experts and the members they serve.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role. We're looking for someone who finds it rewarding to run a process consistently, catch the small discrepancies others miss, and know that a large, international workforce is running smoothly because of their attention to detail.

This role is remote within the U.S. It reports to the Manager of Planner Operations.

What you'll do
  • Own the communication channels with our global financial planners. Ensure all messages are responded to in a timely fashion and escalate urgent issues to senior planning leads.
  • Plan and send a regular newsletter to the global financial experts, sharing key updates and quarterly goals.
  • Monitor scheduled calls for potential disruptions and resolve urgent issues quickly to protect the member experience.
  • Support the onboarding process for new global financial experts, provisioning access to the right tools and confirming each planner is fully configured from an admin perspective before they begin working with members.
  • Run recurring audits of the tools used by the financial experts, confirming settings are configured correctly and implementing fixes as needed.
  • Maintain disciplined data hygiene across our tools and systems, keeping planner records accurate and current.
  • Support our planning leads with SOP documentation to improve operational procedures and standards.
  • Partner closely with the Manager of Planner Operations and the Senior Manager of Global Planner Relations, flagging recurring friction points you spot in the day-to-day and helping to test & build better approaches.
You should bring
  • A minimum of 2-4 years of operations, coordination, or support experience, ideally in a fast-paced startup environment. Experience living or working abroad or working with international colleagues is a strong plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an understanding of and comfort with cross-cultural communication nuances.
  • Exceptional attention to detail. You catch the misconfigured setting, the duplicate record, and the typo in the newsletter before anyone else does.
  • Experience with database or record management tools (e.g., Airtable or similar).
  • Experience with mass-email or shared-inbox tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Front, Braze, or similar).
  • Familiarity with Calendly or similar scheduling software.
  • Strong organization and prioritization skills and the discipline to manage a high volume of activity.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable executing defined workflows independently, while knowing when to ask for input rather than guess.ย
  • Experience using AI in your day-to-day work.
LearnLux is a fit for you if you
  • Thrive in fast-moving environments and enjoy building in moments of change. We operate with urgency, and roles, priorities, and approaches evolve as we grow.
  • Like wearing multiple hats and helping define the path forward. At LearnLux, roles evolve as we grow, and employees often help create clarity, structure, and direction where it didn't previously exist.
  • Take initiative and don't wait to be asked. You see problems as opportunities and are comfortable stepping in to move work forward.
  • Are energized by ambiguity and willing to make decisions with imperfect information. We learn quickly by doing, and pace is a competitive advantage for us.
  • Enjoy being hands-on and owning work end to end. While strategic thinking matters, execution, follow-through, and accountability are what drive impact here.
  • Are motivated by high standards and continuous improvement. As we hit new milestones, we intentionally raise the bar on quality, ownership, and outcomes.
  • Value clear, frequent communication and collaboration. As a remote team, staying aligned through proactive communication is core to how we operate.
Benefits
  • Remote-first company structure
  • Medical, dental, and vision
  • 401(k)
  • Mental wellbeing (Talkspace)
  • Financial wellbeing (LearnLux)
  • Paid vacation and sick leave
  • Paid sabbatical after 5 years of service
  • A supportive, inclusive team culture
  • Opportunities for continuous learning and growth at a fast-growing startup at the cutting edge intersection of financial wellness and technology
