MJA International Law Group APC is a boutique law firm in Solana Beach, CA. We are professional, innovative, and fast-paced. Our goal is to provide specialized temporary and permanent immigration for athletes, their families and support staff with an emphasis on the equine industry and major league baseball.
 
We are seeking a bilingual/Spanish speaking Legal Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar position, be proficient in Outlook, Excel, and Word, and have excellent writing skills. The position requires administrative work such as answering phones, data entry and scheduling client appointments, as well as assisting attorneys with drafting and reviewing visa applications and following up with USCIS regarding case status.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Input and track case documents on legal software.
  • Assist in preparation of legal documents for filing and review by attorneys.
  • Interact with clients in fluent Spanish.
  • Administrative work such as answering phones, data entry and scheduling client appointments.
