Job description

Kohan International Foundation Counseling Center / Behavioral Health Services / A none-profit agency 
Part-Time – Approx. 10 hours/week

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and relationship-driven Clinical Outreach & Referral Coordinator to expand our community presence and increase client referrals. This role is responsible for developing and implementing market-driven outreach initiatives, building strong partnerships, and representing our organization within the community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, Clincis, schools,  and community organizations
  • Build and manage referral pipelines to support client enrollment and program growth
  • Represent the organization at health fairs, networking events, and community outreach activities
  • Conduct regular outreach (calls, visits, presentations) to referral sources
  • Educate partners on available behavioral health services (including Medi-Cal and commercial plans)
  • Collaborate with internal leadership on marketing and growth strategies
  • Track outreach efforts, referral activity, and engagement outcome
Qualifications
  • Experience in healthcare outreach, marketing, business development, or sales (behavioral health preferred)
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and meet outreach targets
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
