Job description

THE ROLE

As the financial architect for Everpure's 100% partner-attached model, you will serve as the strategic Finance partner to the VP of the Global Partner Organization (GPO). You will drive financial strategy, investment optimization, and commercial governance across GPO initiatives to accelerate global growth and maximize ROI on partner investments. Partnering directly with Channel Theatre AVPs, Partner Program leaders, and GTM Finance leadership, you will convert complex channel dynamics into actionable strategies that optimize spend and unlock partner scale. You will also lead and develop international finance talent to build scalable, executive-ready financial models.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Drive Executive Strategy & GPO Investment Optimization: Partner directly with the VP of GPO and senior channel leaders to shape go-to-market strategy, evaluating market expansion, partner coverage models, and new investment constructs to maximize profitability across a 100% partner-attached ecosystem.
  • Own Global Contra & Program Economics: Direct the end-to-end global Contra financial lifecycle-including AOP, rolling forecasts, and incentive structures (rebates, Everpure Rewards, GSI, and MSP programs)-establishing rigorous payout governance, control frameworks, and ROI models to ensure investment dollars drive verifiable incremental bookings.
  • Establish Cross-Functional Governance & Escalation Standards: Define review gates, exception workflows, and decision rights across Finance, Revenue Accounting, Channel Operations, and Deal Desk to maintain tight risk controls and deal compliance on bespoke partner agreements and non-standard commercial terms.
  • Manage Consolidated GPO Opex & Workforce Planning: Lead overall financial planning and spend governance for global GPO operating expenses and headcount, aligning resource allocation with corporate budgets and strategic business priorities.
  • Lead International Finance Talent & Decision Support: Directly manage and mentor the Prague-based Finance Manager for Partner Sales, delivering executive-ready scorecards, standardized metrics, and automated reporting that accelerate decision velocity for CFO and GTM leadership.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Strategic Commercial & Channel Finance Expertise: Deep capability in FP&A, sales finance, and partner revenue models-including rebates, incentives, and contra-revenue accounting-with a proven track record of driving commercial strategy and managing broad operating budgets.
  • Executive Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Influence: Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills to synthesize complex financial dynamics into clear, decision-ready recommendations for executive leadership while driving alignment across matrixed global teams.
  • Financial Modeling & Governance Mastery: Advanced proficiency in financial forecasting, bottom-up quantitative modeling, and risk governance, utilizing enterprise tools (such as Anaplan, NetSuite, Salesforce, SQL, or Tableau) to analyze complex data sets and establish tight operational controls.
  • Team Leadership & Talent Development: Demonstrated talent for coaching, mentoring, and empowering remote or international finance team members, fostering accountability and high performance in high-growth environments.
  • Work Location: We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Santa Clara, CA or New York, NY office in compliance with Everpure's policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
