Who We Are
Wholestone Farms is a fresh pork processing facility in Fremont, Nebraska. We were established in 2018 by over 200 producers to create and capture value in the pork supply chain. Wholestone Farms currently boasts 700,000 sq. feet and employs over 1,200 people, and a slaughter capacity of over 11, 000 heads per day. Some of our products include fresh packaged ribs, loins, pork butts, picnics, and fresh ground pork for sausages.

Utilizing the TN Visa program, plant professionals will engage in the meat handling process to acquire a deep knowledge of all the activities performed on the meat plant floor to ensure food safety and quality.

Education, Licensure, and Experience
Have a relevant bachelor's degree in the areas of chemical, biology, veterinary medicine, food science, or any other food industry-related career.

Qualifications
To be qualified for our international program, you must meet the following requirements:

  1. Must be a citizen of Mexico or Canada
  2. Have a relevant bachelorโ€™s degree in the areas of chemical, biology, veterinary medicine, agronomy, food industry, or any other agriculture-related degree.
  3. Have a valid passport

**For change of employment, you need to have a non-expired I-94 and passport.

**Not have been without an employer more than 60 days in the US

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
In this position, the Plant Professional supports our production supervisor in all aspects of the companyโ€™s Food Safety, Meat Cutting, Grading, Processing, and Quality Assurance programs regulated by Federal entities as USDA and International Regulation.
