Senior Joint Education Program Manager

D amp;G is seeking a Senior Joint Education Program Manager to support graduate-level academic program coordination and joint education initiatives. This role requires an experienced professional with extensive direct engagement with academic institutions and a strong understanding of program management, curriculum development, and instructional assessment. The selected candidate will serve as a senior liaison between defense stakeholders and academic partners, ensuring program effectiveness, compliance, and continuous improvement.
What You Will Do
• Interface routinely with graduate-level academic institutions regarding admissions, enrollment, registration, and bursar operations.
• Serve as the primary liaison between academic partners and program leadership.
• Support development, analysis, and refinement of lesson plans and academic programming.
• Apply appropriate pedagogical methods to curriculum design and assessment.
• Evaluate program effectiveness and recommend improvements based on instructional and performance outcomes.
• Support coordination of academic schedules, documentation, and institutional requirements.
• Contribute to strategic planning efforts supporting joint education initiatives.
• Develop executive-ready reports, assessments, and briefing materials for senior leadership.
What We Are Looking For
Required
• Minimum of 10 years of direct experience routinely interfacing with graduate-level academic institutions regarding admissions, enrollment, registration, and bursar operations.
• Demonstrated working knowledge of program management principles.
• Experience developing, analyzing, improving, and assessing lesson plans using appropriate pedagogical methods.
• Experience coordinating complex education or training programs.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage academic and senior-level stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree required, master’s degree preferred.
Clearance and Eligibility
• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• This role is restricted to U.S. person(s) (U.S. citizens, permanent residents, and other protected individuals under 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3)).
