ABOUT CREATIVE COLORS INTERNATIONAL
Creative Colors International, Inc. is the industry leader in providing customers an economical alternative to restoration by repairing scratches, cuts, tears, and burns in all leather, vinyl, velour, and plastic surfaces, primarily in the automotive, furniture, commercial, and residential markets.
OVERALL RESPONSIBILITY:
Promote and provide services for the repair, coloring, cleaning, protection, and restoration of leather, cloth, vinyl, velour, plastics, and other upholstery surfaces and provide related services on a mobile basis, primarily to commercial customers-Car Dealerships, Body Shops, Insurance Companies, Rental Car Companies, Restaurants, Marinas, RV Dealers, Medical Offices, Fitness Centers.
KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop and maintain customer accounts in a specified territory
  • Show samples of repairs, explain the quality of repair, and distribute marketing literature explaining service and/or products
  • Inspect vehicles for work and get work approval
  • Repair all approved work
  • Prepare invoices for all service orders
  • Investigate and solve customer problems
  • Provide weekly reports to the company

SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:
  • Self-starter, ability to work independently
  • Outgoing personality
  • Strong oral communication skills
  • High level of integrity
  • Hands-on problem-solving experience
  • Ability to work outside
  • Capability to analyze colors, cannot be colorblind
  • A valid driver's license

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
No previous experience is required. We do prefer someone with sales experience. There will be on-site, hands-on training until the new technician is ready to attend a technical training class at our central office in Mokena, Illinois. The Mokena training will teach all key tasks and responsibilities for this position and will provide certification. Additional field training will continue after the technician's return and until they are ready to operate independently. This will be determined by the franchise owner.
Compensation: $400.00 - $2,500.00 per week
