Overview:
Job Title: Product Owner - Art Installations & Site Execution
Location: Miami, FL (Onsite, 4 days/week)
Travel: 50-70% international (Australia, Greece, Mexico)
Type: 6-month contract-to-hire
Overview:
Seeking a Product Owner to lead on-site implementation and coordination of art installations across global properties. This role ensures alignment with curatorial direction, artist coordination, and flawless site execution.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee site readiness and validate installation locations via architectural drawings.
  • Serve as primary on-site contact for commissioned artists.
  • Coordinate artist logistics (travel, accommodations, credentials).
  • Partner with stakeholders to ensure successful installations.
  • Prepare presentations and reports using Keynote/PowerPoint and Excel.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Art Curation, Interior Architecture, Fine Arts, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of project management or installation experience.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite preferred; AUTOCAD knowledge a plus.
  • Fluent in Spanish (spoken and written).
