The International Grocery Clerk is an important position within the store. Many customers make their decisions to shop at our store because of the quality and variety of our departments and specifically the many grocery items that we make available to them. This position is responsible for creating an appealing presentation of the tremendous variety and selection of products that we offer.

Our customers trust the safety of the products we sell. We must do everything to give them the right price and the right items when they want it. The International grocery clerk can make the difference in sales by the way he or she does their job.

We need to treat each individual like a guest in our home -- with courtesy, friendliness and the respect that they deserve. - Observe all company policies and procedures; - Maintain a neat, well-groomed personal appearance at all times and adhere to dress code regulations; - Adhere to all local, state and federal health and civil code regulations; - Assist in monitoring procedures for restocking to ensure accuracy, proper product rotation and quality protection; - Open cartons properly to control potential for damage to goods and handle damaged and spoiled products according to company policy; - Assist in ordering and maintaining inventory control;
