A global logistics and process engineering organization is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth within the food processing sector across North America. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and delivering tailored material handling and process engineering solutions. The position involves close collaboration with international teams and requires a blend of technical expertise and commercial acumen.
Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the food processing industry.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and industry partners.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations showcasing products and solutions.
  • Conduct site visits to understand customer needs and propose customized solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal sales and technical teams to develop compelling proposals.
