Who You Are:

As Nutrabolt's Brand Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of the C4, Cellucor and Xtend brands - from innovation to consumer expression and projection. This includes owning/leveraging consumer insights to drive/evolve brand positionings, developing long and short-term comprehensive brand plans, working cross-functionally to ensure accurate and consistent creative/content/activation & be the steward of the brands, internally and externally, ensuring all efforts work towards the same brand vision and strategy.
This role will support Canada, Latin America, and Asia Pacific

What You're Good At:

  • Develop and drive C4, Cellucor and Xtend's brand strategies, positioning and expression across all marketing campaigns and consumer touch-points; both functional beverage and active nutrition.

  • Continually monitor & evaluate the health of our brands, reporting key performance metrics to leadership, and owning the strategy to continually drive improvement.

  • Lead the development, planning and delivery of integrated go-to-market plans, driving strongly aligned cross-functional collaboration across all relevant areas of the business

  • Lead the creative vision and innovative content creation across all brands that drives growth, builds brand awareness and equity, while bringing new customers into the funnel

  • Contribute cross-functionally to product innovation and the new product development process by building effective consumer learning plans and go-to-market launch strategies

  • Work with our Creative Team and agencies to produce creative assets and marketing materials to be used across all marketing platforms and digital sales channels in way that builds the brand and drives affinity.

  • Ensure all marketing functional areas are aligned on brand tone, personality, and aesthetic across all platforms, websites, sales materials, and campaigns.

  • Manage brand media for the marketing department, including all media partnerships and brand media spend. Work cross-functionally to create and manage a holistic view/vision of media spend across Nutrabolt to constantly test/learn/measure media spend to drive brand awareness, affinity and revenue.

  • Lead the Annual Brand Planning Process for C4, Xtend and Cellucor, and creation of the annual Global Brand Calendar to ensure optimal and timely trade sell in for upcoming seasons.

  • Own and elevate the role of brand to lead the framework development and comprehensive Go-to-Market Strategy & Launch for Product Development (PD) by building and maintaining strong working relationships with the Commercial team and other cross-functional stakeholders including: research, R&D; sales, partnerships, social media DTC, e-commerce, and finance.

  • Be an effective coach and developer of talent, who is constantly working to empower their teams to do their best work and enabling them with the skills, resources and guidance the need to reach their potential.

What You Contribute:

  • 7+ years of experience in Brand Marketing at a CPG company

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Marketing, Business, or other related field preferred

  • Proven track record of strong marketing and branding strategies, including crafting successful marketing campaigns, to increase revenue and brand awareness

  • High standard of creative excellence

  • Analytical mindset with ability to story tell through data

  • Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills

  • Track record of building high performance teams
