Job Title - Administrative Assistant - International
Location - Montgomery, AL, on-site
Resumes will be reviewed continually.

What You Will Do
  • Maintains files of international project records (document control), and supports the international department staff as needed.
  • Maintains submittal register for multiple projects.
  • Administers and files hardcopy submittal records.
  • Maintains home office copies of project files.
  • Posts revisions to office copies of construction documents.
  • Coordinates the transfer of electronic data via owner's website with A/E personnel/Owner/ Project Site Staff.
  • Provides clerical support to project site staff and others within the international operations department.
  • Performs other duties as may be assigned.
  • Working Conditions - Full time, office setting
  • Reporting Structure - Technical Coordinator

What We Expect
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities - Excellent written and verbal communication and grammar skills, strong organizational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities.
Education / Experience - Minimum high school diploma/GED and two years experience clerical or administrative experience in an office environment required. Current clearance, or the ability to obtain, a Department of Defense minimum secret security clearance required.
While the salary range is typically between $35,600 - $49,400 annually, applicants are encouraged to share compensation expectations as part of the application process. Caddell honors prior experience, education, and qualifications of applicants in order to make attractive and competitive offers.
