We work with emerging and established fashion brands across multiple categories, including menswear, casualwear, streetwear, outerwear, knitwear, denim, and contemporary fashion. Our services include product development, sampling, fabric sourcing, wash development, and scalable bulk production.

With both US(New York City Metropolitan Area (Hybrid) and China teams, we help brands move from concept to production with reliable communication and consistent manufacturing quality. Role Description We are looking for a motivated and well-connected Business Development Manager to help expand our presence within the fashion and apparel industry. This role focuses on developing relationships with fashion brands, designers, retailers, and industry professionals, while supporting clients throughout the product development and production process.

The ideal candidate has experience in apparel, sourcing, manufacturing, wholesale, or fashion sales, and understands how to build long-term business relationships within the industry. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who already has industry connections and wants to grow with an international apparel manufacturing company.

Qualifications

Experience in fashion, apparel, sourcing, textile, or manufacturing sales Existing industry relationships or brand contacts preferred Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Understanding of garment production and product development processes Self-motivated with strong business development abilities Ability to work between US clients and overseas production teams Experience with CRM tools and sales management systems is a plus Fashion industry experience strongly preferred Compensation & Growth Competitive base salary plus commission opportunities based on performance and experience.
