Compensation: Towne Park is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate's job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location. The annual base pay range for this position is $67,000 - $81,000.
Benefits: Employees are eligible to enroll in medical, dental, and vision insurance, accident insurance, critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, and telemedicine benefits. Employees are provided company-paid basic life and AD&D insurance as well as short-term and long-term disability. Employees are also able to enroll in the company's 401k retirement savings plan.
Paid Time Off: Employees accrue 0.0654 hours of PTO per hour worked up to a maximum of 136 hours per calendar year. Employees receive 6 paid holidays throughout the calendar year and employees accrue up to a maximum of 4 paid floating holidays per calendar year.

The Marketing and Communications Specialist is a creative-minded and experienced marketer that supports Towne's marketing team to accelerate business growth, strengthen market presence, support sales across verticals, and deepen engagement with key audiences.
This role supports the execution of integrated marketing and communications initiatives across multiple channels. The position collaborates closely with internal stakeholders, external agencies, and vendors to develop marketing content, support Towne's industry relations and tradeshow strategy and support client partnerships and events, oversee branded materials and marketing fulfillment and help to develop creative assets, digital content, and campaigns that align with brand standards and strategic priorities for internal and external stakeholders.
The ideal candidate is a versatile communicator with strong creative instincts, experience with creating engaging content to support marketing campaigns, analytical thinking, and an evolving command of AI-driven marketing tools. This individual challenges the status quo, embraces innovation, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
This role is part of the Marketing & Communications department and reports to the Vice President of Marketing.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Support Towne's marketing and communications strategy to effectively build, protect, and position the company and its brand across key internal and external stakeholders. Demonstrate Towne's value proposition and deliver marketing initiatives that directly support business growth and revenue objectives. This position will have a key role in designing and developing marketing and communications content including multimedia storytelling, case studies, web copy and campaigns and internal messages with strict adherence to brand and messaging standards.
Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to execute creative projects, ads, videos and other marketing initiatives by developing content for various multi-media channels.
  • Assist in designing and writing content for social media, thought leadership, case studies, multi-media storytelling and other marketing/communications deliverables as needed.
  • Partner with outside vendors to support internal marketing portal including fulfillment of print and promotional items, brand assets and other items as needed.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams and other internal stakeholders to keep projects on time and on budget.
  • Ensure brand consistency and alignment with strategic priorities, tone of voice, and visual standards.
  • Support planning and execution of tradeshow and event strategy including registrations, logistics, branding, promotions and related pre and post event marketing campaigns.
  • Project manage and support industry partnerships, sponsorships and client events to ensure we fully activate and leverage all partnership assets and deliverables and messaging opportunities.
  • Facilitate site-level requests for signage, onboarding materials and other branded assets as needed.
  • Manage invoice approvals and credit card reconciliation to track and report on company's marketing, paid media and events budget.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance in tools like GA4 and Hubspot, to provide actionable insights and recommend iteration to leadership.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or sales enablement with a proven record of driving growth.
  • Experience managing trade shows and sponsorship marketing a plus.
  • Proven track record of success creating multi-media content across different channels for integrated, results-driven marketing campaigns.
  • Experience working cross-functionally to support sales teams and field operations with marketing requests.
  • Hands-on experience using marketing, analytics, and AI-driven tools (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Salesforce, ChatGPT, Jasper).
  • Skilled in content creation and graphic design; Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or Claude Design (or similar) a plus.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills for diverse audiences and channels with the ability to tailor content accordingly
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities with both internal and external partners.
  • Experience in hospitality, healthcare, or distributed service industries preferred.

SCOPE
Authority to Act:
  • Performs duties independently with minimal supervision, operating from specific and definite directions and instructions. Mistakes/errors may result in work stoppage, loss of business, poor customer relations and/or damage to product, all of which can have negative financial implications for the organization.

Budget Responsibility:
  • The employee supports a departments budget by tracking expenses, credit card reconciliation and reporting to ensure projects are completed within budget.
