Internal Medicine Physician Opportunity

Location: Oshkosh, WI

Facility Name: Ascension Medical Group Ninth Avenue Clinic

Schedule: Full-Time

Productivity incentives: RVU + Quality Incentive

Sign-On Package (including bonus, relocation, and student loan forgiveness): Up to $130,000

CME allowance: $4,000

What You Will Do

This is an exceptional opportunity for an Internal Medicine Physician to join a busy, well-respected practice, supported by a strong referral base and the full resources of a robust health system network.

  • Join a collaborative, well-supported Internal Medicine practice with 1 other Physician, 2 APP's and strong nursing support
  • Care for a diverse adult patient population (18+) within a campus-based clinic at Mercy Hospital, offering seamless access to a wide range of specialties and strong referral support
  • Call structure with other sites: 1:11
  • Practice setting: Outpatient clinic with an average of 16 patients per day, supporting quality, patient-centered care
  • Employed position within a nonprofit health system
  • Deliver comprehensive patient care across outpatient and inpatient settings, including evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, care coordination, and consultation, with opportunities to manage referrals and hospital-based responsibilities as needed
  • Engage in quality improvement, cost-effective care initiatives, and academic activities as desired, while maintaining timely, accurate documentation and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team
  • Located in Oshkosh a vibrant community of approximately 67,000 residents offering a lively downtown, diverse dining, and cultural attractions along the Fox River and Lake Winnebago

What You Will Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  • One or more of the following required:
    • Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Minnesota Board of Medical Practice obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
    • Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Wisconsin Medical Examining Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
  • Advanced Life Support preferred.

Education:

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
