We Are Hiring

This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated Cardiology Nurse Practitioner to join an employed position within a busy, well-respected practice, supported by a strong referral base and the full resources of a robust health system network.

What You Will Do

Formulate complex clinical decisions and manage intricate arrhythmia patterns for advanced cardiology and electrophysiology patients across both acute care and clinic settings. Deliver highly efficient care coordination, performing comprehensive cardiac consults, diagnostics, and patient rounding to maximize patient throughput and minimize hospital length-of-stay. Safely assist and collaborate with electrophysiologists on advanced cardiac procedures while overseeing pre- and post-procedural management. Actively support the program's growth through localized clinical outreach operations located within 15–20 minutes of the primary hospital hub. Participate in providing top-tier clinical mentorship by hosting future generations of healthcare leaders through UE/USI student clinical rotations.

What You Will Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. Nurse Practitioner specializing in Prescriptive Authority credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Master's degree of Nursing required.

Additional Preferences

Must be a certified Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP) holding or eligible for an Indiana state license. Prior clinical background in cardiology (either as a practicing Nurse Practitioner or specialized Registered Nurse) is a requirement for this position.
