We are a team of growth leads, creatives, engineers and data scientists who help unlock rapid measurable growth for some of the world's category-defining brands. We bring together the art and science of strategy, creative, content and growth expertise into a single cohesive team, powered by robust data analytics and proprietary AI tech.
Based in NYC, we support partners globally, with a client partner roster that includes VC-backed startups, scale-ups, and Fortune 500 companies such as Nike, Oura, Spring Health, TikTok, Intuit, P&G, and more.
Since 2016, we've been delivering what others only promise. Why settle for good enough if you can be up to NoGood?
We are looking for:
This is a Social Video Creator Intern position for someone who's serious about their craft and ready to level up professionally. You'll create social video content for client accounts while being mentored by senior creators, developing your strategic eye, and refining your production skills.

You'll Do:
Video Creation
  • Create short-form social video (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn) end-to-end, concept → scripting → filming → editing → iteration
  • Appear on-camera as the face of content: host, present, guide viewers through concepts, or deliver direct-to-camera storytelling for client brands
  • Produce long-form video content (5-20 min YouTube videos, executive series, educational content)
  • Mine long-form content for social moments - identify compelling clips and adapt them for platform-specific formats
  • Develop multi-format content series that work across both long-form and short-form
  • Execute with high production value: strong pacing, composition, sound design, storytelling across all formats
  • Follow creative briefs while bringing your own creative POV

Learning & Strategy Development
  • Study performance data to understand what makes content work
  • Learn to balance creativity with business objectives
  • Participate in content planning and strategy discussions
  • Develop range across different brand voices and styles

Collaboration
  • Work closely with strategists who guide content direction
  • Learn from senior creators through weekly feedback sessions
  • Apply constructive feedback to continuously improve quality

Requirements
You Have:
  • 1 year creating social video content (includes internships, freelance, or high-quality personal projects)
  • Comfortable on-camera: You can appear in videos naturally and authentically, are an effective communicator and are willing to be the face of content
  • You edit your own work: Proficient in Premiere Pro or Final Cut
  • Platform fluency: Native understanding of how TikTok, Instagram, YouTube work
  • Production fundamentals: Good eye for composition, pacing, hooks, and storytelling
  • Coachability: Hungry to learn, open to feedback, committed to improvement
  • Reliability: Consistent quality output, meets deadlines, proactive communication
You'll Learn:
Strategic Thinking
  • Review performance data to identify what's working and why
  • Spot competitive gaps and recommend content opportunities
  • Build repeatable content frameworks that scale across clients
  • Translate business objectives into compelling creative concepts

Leadership & Collaboration
  • Collaborate with external flex creators to execute your vision
  • Partner with strategists to align content with growth goals
  • Serve as quality gatekeeper before client delivery

Benefits

  • Flex Work Environment:
  • Recharge Anytime: Unlimited PTO Plan
  • Level Up: Mentorship & Career Growth Support
  • Always Be Learning: Access to Top-tier Resources & Industry Experts
  • Fuel Your Day: Free Lunch, Snacks, Cold Brew, & Happy Hours
  • Grow With Us: Endless Opportunities to Lead & Succeed
  • Keep on Shining: Ongoing Employee Development Programs

EEO & Compensation Transparency:
NoGood is committed to pay transparency and equity among all employees and provides employees an environment where pay transparency and dialogue on compensation are allowed. NoGood complies with federal, state, and local laws on compensation, pay transparency, and pay equity. We take factors including geographic location, education, training, skillset, market rates, certifications, and more into consideration when constructing pay ranges for new and existing roles within our organization. At NoGood, we understand that diversity in the workplace is vital to a company's success and growth.
