About the Role

Gesture is seeking a creative and technically skilled Content Production Intern to work directly with our CEO to capture, edit, and produce media for our growing founder-led storytelling initiatives. You'll help bring the Gesture story to life through video podcasts, behind-the-scenes moments, and thought leadership content designed for modern social platforms.

Responsibilities

* Record, edit, and produce high-quality video and audio content for social channels and podcasts.

* Manage studio setup (lighting, camera, audio) for on-site shoots.

* Cut short-form clips (30-90 seconds) optimized for LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok.

* Collaborate with the CEO and social team to maintain a weekly content pipeline.

* Assist in coordinating and producing podcast guest interviews.

Qualifications

* Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.

* Basic understanding of lighting, framing, and audio mixing.

* Strong storytelling instincts and attention to visual detail.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
