Job description

This is an internship specifically for UCF students.

To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience: 

  • Currently a UCF Student
  • High School Diploma
  • Ability to thrive in fast paced environments

As an HGV Intern, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Learn the processes and procedures for their designated business unit.
  • Shadow multiple areas within Resort Operations
  • Co-facilitate development programs as appropriate
  • Partner with business leaders to schedule all aspects of training delivery (both instructor led and virtual) as needed
  • Assist in the discovery and design of identified development programs
  • Assist in the compilation and presentation of program data
  • Gain working knowledge of the Oracle LMS
  • Attend a Sales Presentation and gain an understanding of the overall sales process
  • Prepare a final report outlining work on assigned projects to a panel of senior leaders at the end of the program.
  • Attend multiple development opportunities (both in-person and virtual) as outlined in the program.
  • Ability to multitask and effectively manage competing priorities.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Always model the Hilton Grand Vacations Values when interacting with guests both internal and external.
  • Strong computer skills and skilled with Microsoft Office Product Suite.
